Fingerprint login doesn't work

Hi, i've a Samsung S7 and i'm not able to login with fingerprint.
Already tried to delete cache, disinstall and reinstall app, turn off and on the phone but....doesn't work.
When i go into setting the fingerprint is always on but doesn't work

Same problem on 2 x android devices (Huawei tablet & Moto G5S phone). Option to use fingerprint is ON in settings, but I don't get prompted to use it for login, just email & password. Fingerprint login was working fine - stopped around time my introductory 30 days expired - is it a premium feature?

No, it's not a premium feature because i was able to use it but now i'm not able anymore

Same issue with Samsung Galaxy S8. Fingerprints are toggled on for my phone. When I try to toggle them on in LastPass, I get a big red padlock screen and the only option is to hit "cancel." Emailed customer support and they're "escalating" it. Not resolved by erasing/re-entering fingerprints, uninstalling/reinstalling with a restart and clearing cache in between, or by resetting phone settings (not a master reset though).
