I just need help

I am so completely frustrated I can barley see straight. My daughter has been locked out of her last pass account. All I want is a way to find out what to do. And I get nothing. What are our options? How do we contact LastPass? I pay for the Family plan and have been very satisfied until now, but this is infuriating.

We have tried the auto recovery but it just leads to a vicious circle of explanations. She can't recover her account because she is not logged in through the plugin. But she can't log in through the plug in because her account is locked. So what now?!?

Instructions for a lost or forgotten password can be found in the support article linked below. Use the blue "Contact Support" link at the bottom of that article to file a support ticket if you require further assistance.
