I purchased the family version several months ago and it never got setup on family member computer so I reset the link to the person to get it setup.
First it claims that the email address was in use.....ok. Nobody remembers trying or doing the setup. Next when trying to see the "hint" it claims the password was auto generated so I tried to do a master password recovery on a family member that never got setup it then says that the plugin is not installed.
I've used the Enterprise version for years at work and used the family version for about a year and I don't have a clue how to proceed.
Do I remove the family member and start over?
Do I just install the free version and try to assign the family member after the plugins are installed or what?
