After I changed the master password, the vault shows incomplete and special characters throughout. I sent a tech request and the next day received a link to a supposed fix that included "refresh sites" under more options/advanced but that choice doesn't exist then it suggested clearing local cache under account options again .... doesn't exist in my vault. finally it suggested reverting to old password which I completed but still no joy. Can anyone help please? Sorry a little frustrated but paid for premium service and it doesn't really feel like it. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
