Master Password change

We use the Enterprise version of LastPass. There have been three of us in our firm who recently changed their master password. However, for all three of us, LastPass did not recognize the new master password when we logged int the next day. All three of us had to go through account recovery and assign yet another new master password.

I have now changed my master password three times in the last few days due to this problem.

We have used LastPass a number of years and never had this problem.

I can't believe all three of us are typing in our master passwords incorrectly. There has to be something wrong with LastPass in that it does not recognize a changed master password when used the following day. Please help.

I have a similar problem. I filled out the form to change the master password and said save the changes. The same form then reappeared with all the fields blank. A message said it was re-encrypting my vault. However when I went to open the vault the new password did not work, however the original password did work.
