I lost my phone with my MicroSoft Authenticator app. So I followed the support documentation to attempt a login, and then click the link to send me an email to temporarily disable MFA so I can login. Except the next screen that shows up states that MFA is not enabled on my account... No email arrives...
“LastPass Microsoft Authenticator authentication is currently not enabled for your account.”
I sent an email to support at LastPass, but nothing yet. Have I completely lost my vault? Any ideas on how I can bypass MFA so I can recover the vault and login? I even had to create a new account just to be able to post on the forum.
