Unable to receive messages from last pass

I m writhing this on behalf of my friend.Whenever he tries to access it from his system it shows incorrect password and id.He requested multiple times for new password but no mail from lastpass.He is neither a spammer nor a bot,to be banned.So can anyone pls tell how to recover his account?Thanks in advance

The email may have been blocked by an email filter or email was sent to Spam. Ask your friend to add support@lastpass.com & do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com in his email contacts and to any email filter's whitelist. If he still doesn't receive any email check with LastPass or his ISP.
