how to handle (and understand) reported "exposures"

I'm very new to LastPass and just received (yesterday) an email in each of my email accounts about exposures (different ones in each email) and 1. I don't know what an exposure is but I assume it is bad, and 2. I have no idea what to do about them (three in all)? A direct question to support with screen shots has simply given me (three attempts) and "Internal Server Error - Write. I hope someone can explain.
Honestly this program, referred to me by my lawyer, is not intuitive and the several videos I've watched have given me no help for how to make it work for me.
