How Quick Is Support For Non Premium Members?

Hi Folks

I have been using lastpass for many years now as a non-premium user. I recently changed my master password and then i found i could not login to the app on my browser (chrome). I have been using an old email address and so i am unable to use any of the password recovery options. I have contacted the support about this. Obviously this is causing me major problems as i cant get access to all the sites i uses every day. Do you guys know if im likely to get a reply any time soon. I have never had to use the support so im hoping im not left waiting for weeks. Cheers.

3 days later and nothing, do lastpass support just wait until you pay for premium before they will help?
