Okay, so Firefox is undergoing a revamp.

Does export to CSV work in any other browsers?

Export not working here in Safari either, from the plugin or the vault.

I think export is working again in Firefox. Running FF 56.0 on Win10.
LastPass Version: 4.1.66a

Yes, it isn't WORKING.

I am running Safari and export is not working. I open vault, go to more options, advanced, export csv, it asks me for my password, and that's it. Maybe it sometimes opens a new blank Safari page. Seems like this kind of problem is critical as it is an important backup option. I am running:

Last Pass Version: 4.1.61.123
Built: Mon Aug 28 2017 16:06:55 GMT-0400 (EDT)

Safari Version 11.0 (12604.1.38.1.7)

I submitted a ticket and support had me uninstall and reinstall the extension. Still not working. They said to try FF or Chrome. Neat, but trying to keep track of one browser is about enough for me. I don't want to deal with 2 or 3 browsers, just one Last Pass that works!!

Someone is supposed to be working on the ticket.

I'm running.

After working through multiple days of back and forth with LastPass support, I was finally able to get resolution to this problem. This is the message that they sent me, that actually worked:

Can you please make sure that you have the binary component installed? https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=3206

If the "binary plugin" is not installed, it will prompt you to download it. You down load it, close your web browser, run the .exe and then open your web browser.

After doing this, I was able to get the CSV file to export to a saveable file and not get a screen of my data in HTML form.

Hopefully this helps everyone with this issue. Also, it goes without saying...make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin/extension.

Thanks for the tip.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me.

I checked and binary said false. So, I went thru the process, clicked on the button, did the download, did the install, and it now says true In About.

Bummer is that I still get the same results. Click on export, click on CSV, then nothing happens......

That link says "go to the LastPass icon" ... where? Because I don't see those options anywhere. Browser? Vault? website? Plugin? ... where?

LastPass Icon > More Options > About LastPass


update:
well, in any case, I tried again and export to CSV is working again. Thanks for fixing it, LastPass.

Trying today on MacOs High Sierra and export is not working either in Safari or Chrome. In Safari nothing happens after entering password. In Chrome it saves to an unreadable html file and no option to save as csv. in text editor

I got an email saying there was a new reply but I see nothing. Installed the newest download, followed the steps but it still says binary component not true.
