This has been reported over and over and no one in LastPass seems to be concerned.

I was notified by eBay this morning that my recently created posting was being injected with this same code by LastPass. To resolve the issue I had to log out of LP, then go back into the listing and revise it under the HTML tab at the Description window. Then save the change. I do not know if this is something in the eBay code or LP, but it's a bug somewhere and can be quite annoying. I'm running Firefox 56.0 and Lastpass 4.7.1 on Windows 10 Creative edition.

FIGURED IT OUT! To prevent LastPass from adding the Javascript to your Ebay listings do the following:

1. Open your LastPass Vault
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click Never URLS
4. Add bulksell.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
5. Make sure to choose "Never Do Anything"

This URL is used when edit items but not used for logging in to Ebay. If your using other lastpass functions on Ebay it might kill them but at least you don't end up with javascript in your listings and you can still use lastpass to log in to Ebay.

Happening here too, for about the past week...was never an issue before. None of the "fixes" posted here have helped me. I have to turn LP off when listing/revising.

Same issue here. had this problem last year, appeared to fix itself, now i'm seeing it again.
this is a serious issue, we're losing money because our ebay listings are being hidden from view,
because lastpass injected forbidden code into my descriptions.
I'm now looking for alternatives, since no fix is to be seen. any suggestions?

Javascript injection into eBay

Lastpass is routinely injecting Javascript into my eBay listings. This is unacceptable.

Just use the advice given above by scott931: (slightly amended to put all steps in)

1. Open your LastPass Vault
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click Never URLS
4. Click. 'Add'
5. Pick 'Never Do Anything' from the Type Dropdown Menu.
6. for the URL use: bulksell.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll (customise the first bit for your region - I'm in the UK so used bulksell.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll)
7. Click 'Add'

Now you should be good to go. I just found this (in the middle of listing some items on eBay where I was getting the injected Javascript issue) and it works fine. :-)
