Installed (Vista/FF) - Where is Button?

Hello,

I installed LP on my Vista computer w/ IE and Firefox. The button shows up in IE, but not Firefox. Both my toolbars (Naviation and Bookmarks) are showing. But no button.

Any ideas?

Is it listed when you go to Tools -> Addons? If not: https://lastpass.com/lp.php

No, it's not. I have the latest FF.

My error console reports:

Error: e.location.getItemLocation(e.id) is undefined
Source File: file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js
Line: 4116

Not sure if it matters, but I do have the directory the console error is referencing, and nsExtensionManager.js is in it.

Thank you. The problem has been resolved. I appreciate your sticking with this issue to help me.

To help others who might stumble upon this thread, here's how it was resolved:

1) I followed the link provided (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_ins ... sion_files)

2) read the portion about the -203 error, which referred to the section on the Corrupt extension files.

3) followed the instructions in the Corrupt extension files section

4) restarted FF.
